A Halal beef carcass refers to the entire cow carcass processed according to Islamic dietary laws. The slaughter follows strict Halal guidelines, ensuring the meat is permissible (Halal) for Muslim consumers.

1.Slaughter Process:
•The animal must be healthy and alive before slaughter.
•The slaughter must be performed by a Muslim who recites “Bismillah, Allahu Akbar” before cutting.
•A sharp knife is used to make a swift, deep cut to the throat, severing the jugular veins, carotid arteries, and trachea, allowing complete blood drainage.
•The blood must be fully drained, as consuming blood is prohibited in Islam.
2.Processing & Certification:
•The carcass must not come into contact with non-Halal meat (cross-contamination is strictly avoided).
•Halal certification is issued by recognized Islamic authorities after inspection.
3.Meat Quality & Distribution:
•The carcass is divided into primal and subprimal cuts based on market demand.
•Halal beef is exported to Muslim-majority countries such as Azerbaijan , Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, and others.
